Service Commitments:

1. Training Quality: Industry-relevant training programs with hands-on labs, real-world simulations, and expert guidance to ensure skill development and practical knowledge.

2. Availability: KalKey guarantees a minimum service uptime of 99.5% for online resources and tools used during the program.

3. Support Response Time: Client inquiries and support tickets will be addressed within 24 hours on business days.

Client Responsibilities:

1. Active Participation: Clients must attend scheduled sessions, complete assignments, and engage actively in the program to achieve desired outcomes.

2. Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information throughout their enrollment and training process.

Exclusions:

This SLA does not cover interruptions caused by:

  • Client delays or non-participation.
  • Issues resulting from third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances beyond KalKey’s control.
  • Scheduled maintenance with prior notification.

Payment Terms:

Clients opting for installment payments acknowledge a 6% service charge applied by the payment solution provider, included in the total amount due. Late or incomplete payments may result in service delays or suspension.

Liability Limitation:

All payments cover individual services, such as training, profile building, and network creation. No payments guarantee job placement or marketing outcomes. KalKey will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from provided services.

No Refund Policy:

All payments are final. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances once services commence.

Modification of SLA:

KalKey reserves the right to modify this SLA to reflect updates in service offerings or legal requirements. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
